Wisepops: Popup Builder & CRO

We've been using WisePops on our site for a couple of months now, and the targeting precision is what keeps us coming back.
Unlike basic popup tools, we can serve different messages to 1st time visitors versus returning customers, and tailor offers based on which product page someone is viewing, critical for skincare where a visitor researching a cleanser needs a different nudge than someone who's already added a serum to their cart

The built-in A/B testing and revenue tracking have been genuinely useful, where we can test offer types and timing, then see exactly how much attributed revenue each campaign drives, not just clicks. The Shopify and Klaviyo integrations work seamlessly, so customer data syncs
automatically and leads flow into our email flows without extra work

We also appreciate the non-intrusive nature of it like the onsite feed and web push notifications. For the price, it delivers more than we initially expected by a wide margin

As a technology-driven coffee company, we require tools that match our pace. We’ve integrated Wisepops across our e-commerce platform to handle everything from seasonal campaign pop-ups to our onsite Feed notifications. Such a great app, we started using mainly for the mobile exit pop up feature but have been able to introduce so much more to our website. We A/B test regularly to see the best performing feature and the help from the team is great. We needed some support and they were there to help straight away, and we've even been on a few helpful webinars they have put on.

Great app which is providing us with additional channels to mobilise. Pretty much a plug and play app, easy set-up and speedy. The embed forms require a little bit more of a play around than the standard pop-ups provided. Otherwise, I do recommend.

Really amazing app and idea. Notification that is not intrusive and yet works. Just wish it was cheaper and easier to install. I keep having issues with it not showing up on PC or Mobile and with every fix, it works in one and not the other.

As a new company, I think the future is bright if they add more features and/or make it cheaper.

Great supporting app, I've used plenty similar in the past but Wisepops is very intuitive, easy to work around and set up fast great looking campaigns that reach a wide range of demands, it can help give a business significant performance benefits in multiple areas at a fair price.

The app works good, and has a lot of features.

But, the pricing feels unfair, it charges you based on total pageviews, even if the majority of these views arent using the apps pop ups. One customer going through 10 pages at once is 10 pageviews.

Also the app stops working entirely if you go over these pageviews, and you have to either pay for a much more expensive tier.

Also they are tracking these pageviews so you have to trust they are measuring it accurately.

One of the best support teams out there. A lot of apps do the same thing these days and for me, it is always about the support team of the app that makes the decision when choosing. Wisepops is not only a great tool and easy to use, but it also has some of the best people working there - always being helpful, understanding your needs, and above all else great to deal with! Couldn't be happier.
