I am very impressed with the leather handbag - the printing quality is really great. The production and shipping took 11 days to Australia, for $2.00.
I couldn’t log on to my account the other day, and contacted them through the chat - they fixed the problem really quickly.
So far I like this company.
Worst customer service I've ever had from a POD company. I've had to stop using them for most products because they do not backup their products. My customer received one of their products with a massive cut in it and they want me to have them take all these new photos. No. Literally every single other POD company I use would accept the customer email and photo of the product defective. Not POPCUSTOMS. They want you to jump through crazy hoops just so they can save $20. Not the first time something like this has happened. I'm over it.
