Right now I am using a simple pop-up triggered by exit intent and its working fine. The customer support is also quick and helpful.

I changed my popup app to Poptin because it has the features I need within the free basic plan, while I was paying for fewer features in my previous app. Installation was quick and automatic - I did not have to do anything manually. But best of all is the support I got - after installing Poptin I found that customer subscriptions were being recorded but left as 'Unsubscribed'. Poptin support was quick to respond to my email and directed me towards the solution. Thank you for your great support.

Great app for creating email capture pop ups! Easy to install and connect with Shopify store & ESP.
Easy user interface even without coding knowledge. Drag and drop builder & fully customizable templates make it very easy. Nice reporting dashboard too.
Live chat is not based in the U.S. so hours are difficult if you're U.S. based, but if you can stay on late one night to connect with them they are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Benjir :)
This is a really simple pop up to setup and customize. It has all of the features that I needed and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a popup.
