Simple to use, add your own answer fields, etc. Customers also answer with one-click, making it easy on them and more likely to respond. I believe it really helps us focus ad spend when we know were customers are actually coming from. Running ads across multiple platforms that don't generate revenue is a waste of time and money.

It is a good app.
But it would be better if we have an option to add more questions.
Also it would be a good idea if there is an option that the survey comes to the customers email instead.

Free and does the job! Now waiting for the date to come in. Will let you know if it works fine and hopefully does the same as the other apps

Giving it a 5 so far, I just installed it and the setup and testing was very smooth. I will have to come back and make another review after awhile.
