Had some problems with integration and freight. Jesper were super willing to help and fixed what we needed. Great support and great app!

App works well but the developer does not respond to help requests

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, I feel like it is very well deserved. This app is fantastic, but more importantly, the support its developer provides to its users is above and beyond. A couple days ago, I sent Posterly support a rather long email with a series of detailed technical questions, fully expecting a generic non-response. To my surprise, the very next day, Jesper addressed every single one of my questions, and actually provided concrete help which solved my issues. This is how customer support should be, and If I could give 10 stars for this review I would : ) If you’re looking for a solidly built app with truly awesome customer support, Posterly is for you. Thanks again for the help Jesper!

Great app with lot of customization. The app is regularly updated and the author is very helpful in case of questions or problems. Highly recommended!

UPDATE 04/2025: support do not respond to email. App location problems was found.

The app works quite fine, I would just like to point out a problem in the app on using Google Maps Integration, beware it is not possible to update the API key. I have already written to support, but I still have not received a reply and I have been waiting for over 2 months, so I am trying to find any solution. I will be grateful for any help.

This app is awesome! I love the customizations of this app. Jesper listens to suggestions for upgrades and this app. This is well worth it.

Very efficient product customiser which works perfectly for our store. The app is the only one on the market which does exactly what we need it to do without any issues. Also, the customer service and support has been second to none. Posterly's developers were very quick to help us and answer and resolve any questions or issues that we were experiencing. A pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend.

Though we've faced our challenges while getting the hang of this app - the entire process felt seamless and easy given how quick and helpful Jesper is with his support! We've been bugging him on the tiniest things, but he always responses quickly and with a positive attitude!

Posterly defiantly exceeded our expectations. Their client support has the highest service level I have encountered in years! The professional approach of Jesper, who we communicated with regularly, is proof that clients might come for the product, but they stay because of the service. The communication with Jesper was very clear and in a timely fashion. Even when we sent him lengthy emails with several questions and requests, he always responded to each and every point and went out of his way to provide a solution. Most importantly, he took our feedback seriously and even helped us with implementing certain changes that we needed specifically for our store. I highly recommend!
