From the testing that I've done, the app looks and works amazingly! But more importantly, the customer service is above and beyond. I had the pleasure of getting Shannon on a support chat and she was truly awesome. Her customer service went beyond what was necessary and her knowledge of the product shone right through, she truly is a huge asset to the company.

I was skeptical transitioning over from another SMS Marketing platform I was using prior to joining Postscript. I moved over because the previous platform had continued to charge additional fees based on images or emojis, which wasn't addressed clearly.

The onboarding team was attentive and very supportive during the learning and transition period.

I find it fun to read the metrics based on the campaigns we sent out and the team continued to educate me on different methods of engaging with our customers via SMS. I recommend you work with Postscript as their prices are reasonable (NO HIDDEN FEES) and we delight in seeing the benefits of revenue streaming in from SMS campaigns.

This is our 3rd SMS app and it's by far the best. The support team is responsive and really cares about helping us thrive - we've gotten some great advice from them to optimize and improve our SMS campaigns month over month. The segmentation is fully featured and the integrations work well. Excited to keep growing our revenue with Postscript!

We’ve had many associates help us, but namely Michael this evening- who stayed late to help implement a feature that had been giving us trouble.
