The Post script app has been great so far. We needed help with some technical stuff (html/css) and reached out to support. The customer service was great. In particular Sylvia. Her willingness to help was amazing. She's also very funny.

I'm still getting to grips with postscript. It is a very professional APP, with probably more functionality than a small-medium sized business needs. I use Omnisend for all my email blasts now and Postscript for texts. its not expensive considering the returns you get and much cheaper than say FB ads. The only drawback is that you have to watch carefully the number of credits you use, because if you have a text with lots of emoticons (which often end up as counting as 3-4 SMS credits) or texts which are resent after xx days if unread, you can burn through your free monthly SMS credit allowance quickly. Am extremely happy with their customer service too.

This is a great app that lets me send engaging sms & mms messages to my customers. It's a great marketing tool and on a customer, by customer basis, it can definitely a be a better converter than e-mails. Super fast customer service and more than once the quality control before a message is sent has saved us. Great app that we definitely recommend.

Hesitant at first because of prior experiences with SMS, however, once I met Alex and the team and got a better understanding of the "crawl, walk, run" process, I look back wondering why we didn't start sooner! Top notch product and top notch team at PostScript.

Pros: the customer service team via support chat is great. Wait times are super fast and I have solved many problems with their help! I also love the product back in stock feature is one of the options rather than an entirely separate app. Also really like the updated automations that were written for us.

Cons: A few more touch points during onboarding would have been good, and there's a few key metrics I feel are missing from analytics
