Amazing customer support (I interacted with Shannon and Zev), their chat bubble answers questions so quickly! Very happy so far. They have pre-built automations which are big time saver! Excited to use this for our DTC business as we launch.

This app is a huge game-changer for the world of mobile marketing! The platform is super user friendly, they are super compliant with the legalities of mobile marketing and make sure to educate each company on those legalities and best practices. I love how we can interact directly with customer's phones, it's like meeting them in person. The campaign feature is also great for promotions. The app is easy to set up and use. Customer service is prompt and great!
