Even if the app sucked, the level of support these guys offer is beyond anything I've ever received. I'd totally give a great review on that alone. Luckily the app itself is actually amazing and I've already generated a 3X ROI on what it would cost for the paid version after 1 week on the trial. Definitely going to be fully implementing and scaling with this one!

Postscript ROCKS! The support team is unparalleled. Bre on the support team was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond and taught me so many new things. What I love about Postscript is they help you on the spot, they explain everything in detail whether it be with photos or videos. The Postscript marketing aspect has really helped engage my customers and they have been returning to shop way more frequently since signing up! I can't wait to see how much my business will grow with postscript!

For myself, I am new to online ecommerce and I have ZERO experience in SMS and email marketing. I Choose to use SMS marketing because it looks like this will be the future trend and it seems less complicated than Email marketing. Postscripts set up is very simple to use and they provide very detailed, easy to read and follow instructions (with pictures) that literally walk you through setting up your first few campaigns. It totally eliminates the intimidating factor for newbies like myself. Thanks to Postscript I got my first Sale through Instagram in less than 5 days of starting IG and doing my first posts. I recommend this app as it's a powerful tool and you can set this up so damn easy. If you get stuck, the support team is easy to communicate with and very helpful which is a must for newbies like me.
