I'mma just hit on the customer service aspect of this app... IT. IS. AMAZING! Michael helped me today and took all of .02 seconds to respond, was beyond helpful and KIND! When you are your own I.T. department help is what you are constantly seeking and the peeps over at Postscript come through EVERY time! 10 out 10 recommend for the customer service experience alone!

I have tried quite a few SMS platforms out there and I think I will stick with this one. Support is really great & responsive and there're so many options for segmentation in order to refine my marketing which is what I need. The UI is also easy to use. I like it!

I needed help fixing a gif and Andre literally did the most for me! I honestly have never had such great and fast service. I really appreciate this aspect alongside an app that has brought in a lot more orders too!

Postscript provides any easy way to connect and engage with your customers via SMS. Their support is top notch and will reply to you even on the weekend. Highly recommend running this for your promotional campaigns!

Easy app to understand and GREAT customer service, Sylvia was very helpful and has a great sense of humor :) She helped with all I needed, now hoping Postscripts helps my business to increase conversion.

I changed to their new plan - "charge by usage" - like four days ago, to save some money because I didn't use SMS Marketing as much. I went from paying $50 a month, to being charged $987 in three days out of nowhere. I literally sent out two campaigns and have 511 subscribers.

Before this, I used this app occasionally and it went well, but this was outrageous.

This message is for the Shopify Community, I haven't been able to have a proper test so far. I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. I'll update this review after about the SMS Marketing capabilities.
