Unbelievable customer support, I have never seen something like that ever. Thank you Porshai for what you did to help me. I could not think that such support could be offered by a company representative. Keep up with this great job what you do. And about the app itself - huge opportunities to build any flow you can imagine. Excellent.
I love how Postscript not only allows me to segment my customer but their automations have been a blessing! We have just started using them and I love the set it and leave it portion of automations, such as abandoned cart.
Loving that I can segment for texts, letting me reward the top customers vs. spending a lot of money texting the entire group! Can't wait to figure it out to the max potential!
So far this app has been great. Customer service has been awesome and the texting has been easier for my customers than giving emails. Highly recommend.

8/24/2021 - It went from 5 stars down to 1. I have been trying to get answers for the last two weeks on a problem and I haven't gotten a single answer. COMPLETE turn around from what the customer service use to be back in May. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I am paying $50 a month and can't even get an answer to a question. I may start looking for another service because this isn't acceptable. ORIGINAL REVIEW -- MAY/2021
I have been dealing with Andre for support and he has been wonderful. The program is fantastic, it is easy to use. It does EXACTLY what I have been looking for. I truly like that there are different tiers for pricing. If you're on the fence their more than generous trial period is a PERFECT amount of time to figure out if it is for you or not. I am a week into my trial and I know for certain it is for me! Hands down one of the best technical supports.
We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.
I am loving this app so far! I've had it for just a few weeks and it's already paying for itself! Plus, the customer service is top notch. They were quick to respond and help me with questions I had.
