Postscript is intuitive, powerful, and easy to integrate. Most important piece to working with new software is the team behind it. I worked with Shannon on the integrations and she was unbelievable. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Best part was she made the process fun with some good humor. No different than my experience with Adam on the sales side of things. Great team behind this app and I highly recommend it!

The customer service was amazing with Alyssa. I'm also on the 30 day free trial and I really appreciate that they give you all the features now to test them out. Some apps allow a free trail but limit our options/functions and I feel like that doesn't allow you to get a good test run at everything. Pretty easy layout, too, to navigate, so easier for newbies like me!

First of all the customer service is top tier! I had multiple questions on how to use the app and they answered all of my questions with no problem. The app is easy to use now and appears user friendly. I feel like a winner with this app now. I switched to this company from a previous app who had bad customer service and an ancient looking user face. I believe Postscript is actually cheaper too. Another plus! Love this app!

Pros: the customer service team via support chat is great. Wait times are super fast and I have solved many problems with their help! I also love the product back in stock feature is one of the options rather than an entirely separate app. Also really like the updated automations that were written for us.

Cons: A few more touch points during onboarding would have been good, and there's a few key metrics I feel are missing from analytics

I love being able to reach out to my customers. This helps me beat the FB algorithm and give me customers important info! The ability to set up the automations really helps personalize everything and makes it very easy to use!

I love the 30 day free trial. There is so much customization you can do! Definitely recommend. Sylvia is by far my favorite CS person. She totally understood my needs and gave me help that was fast, correct, and even shared a laugh. Thank you PostScript SMS I am so thankful!
