I love that I can segment my customers into buyers and what they buy. We have been able to make huge gains on our text service with PostScript and I am so excited to see how our business grows with this text service.

We have had other text services for years, and I havent been able to see the growth and be more knowledgeable about texting.

With my other text companies I was sending text to LARGE groups of people with no strategy, it was just a send and go. With postscript it is more specific to the customer so when I spend $$ I make money.

The only thing I would say I dont like about it is its cost. It's a little pricey and the price might scare you, but it is worth it. Also, it does take about 4-6 weeks to get up and running and get campaigns moving...so make sure you really dig into that the first month and get all of your segments running because that next month will come up quick and you will be like ECK!!

I cannot say enough about this app and the critical role it plays for my business. As organic reach continues to decline and paid advertising gets increasingly competitive, having a direct connection to my customers and potential customers is absolutely critical, and Postscript has been the perfect solution.

Some of the features may seem a little daunting at first glance, but the support I have received from Shannon, Sean and other Postscript support staff has been nothing less than phenomenal, and I would say the same of the app's functionality.

This was easily the most rewarding decision I could have ever made. Massive revenue boost within a week! And I generated 18 grand just from 400 numbers this month. The app itself is intuitive to use with powerful segmenting capabilities.

The integration with Shopify is done really well, all customer and order info can be used with confidence.

Setting up automation or one-off campaigns is straight-forward.

We've seen immediate results just from sending a couple of targeted campaigns, well worth the investment.

Awesome SMS platform. I tried a few from the Shopify marketplace but none impressed me as much as Postscript. The alternatives did not have segmentation on the level of detail that Postscript provides. A bonus is that they recently redid their pricing model, compared to the other alternatives this is a better cost effective option. There is no base rate + cost per msg, just a very simple monthly credit system, no hidden fees. Their support is also top notch, they were able to make a custom adjustment I needed for segmentation.
