Postscript SMS Marketing

Postscript has been amazing to my team and me! Mike was super helpful to get us started! Kara has been amazing about meeting the company's specific needs, answering any questions we have, and helping us get the most out of this app that we can!! Not to mention their support team is fantastic! Bre messaged me back almost as soon as I put my request in AND helped me get everything I needed in minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

So far so good! I was looking for a full service SMS system and this is it! They have all of the SMS marketing tools already built in and the interface is clean and easy to use. The conversion rate for the various settings, like for when customers first subscribe has been pretty darn good so far too! Also, I used a different platform before and they did not have half these features and charged way more! I can't wait to start sending out campaigns!

Had some double numbers come in and Sylvia got everything sorted right away. She provided 3 solutions that would be effective, and let us know different ways she could help on the back end. Great customer service!

Great app and Team. Support is so quick to respond and very helpful. Have very much enjoyed working with Steadman and the whole team. Their Shopify and Klaviyo integrations have made creating segments/campaigns on the fly easier than ever.

Very easy to use and so affordable. We're really impressed with Postscript and have been able to deepen our connection with our customers. Oh, and it has made us a bunch more money, so yeah. It's pretty awesome.

The postscript team have been super helpful and quick to respond when working through the SMS set up process for us at Ugly Drinks. The app itself integrates with our tech stack - recharge, klaviyo, gorgias amongst others. This has been amazingly helpful at getting it off the ground quickly. The help guidelines are super clear and informative on how to handle list growth and strategy, as well as the more technical side. Highly recommend! :)

Easily one of the best experiences with any Shopify App. The platform has been a great channel for our growth and is easy to use. Perhaps most importantly—the Postscript team is top-notch. Hands down the best support team I have worked with since launching our brand at Run Gum.
