This app is the best I have found, extremely easy to use. Faith was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the app and what app add ons would integrate with their system!

Postscript is a great app! Super user friendly and their support (especially Porshia) is amazing!! Get it!. Porshia helped me through several issues I was having. She was patient and ensured I was satisfied. Excited to be a customer!!

Postscript--- please don't become those other companies that charge an arm and a leg for your service! Remember what got you here!

Also, please improve your Pop ups! I know they're new, but you really need to create a user-friendly theme editor, and allow multi-part pop ups. Remember we're mostly entrepreneurs and biz owners here -- and the simpler, less-code heavy, the better!

Last, but not least, PLEASE integrate with OMNISEND, and other email marketing platforms. Makes no sense to just do Klayvio, when there are like a dozen email platforms people use. Please PLEASE integrate with Omnisend.

This app is great and the customer service is even better. I've contacted them NUMEROUS times and they always answer promptly and help me sort out my issues no matter how complex or how long it takes. SMS marketing is necessary and Postscript is the official platform to use!

The support team is bananas and the app is best in class! Couldn't make a better recommendation for a growing Shopify store to handle its SMS needs. Easy to set up. Pre-built templates. And extremely responsive support whenever you have questions.

Great prices and great support. Everything works perfectly, though I hope they fix their forms so that they can collect emails and phone numbers at the same time rather than one after the other. Other than that no complaints and I definitely recommend.

We've used other texting apps and nothing compares to PostScript :) Definitely would recommend this app to any store looking to increase sales via texting!! So much better than email.

chatted with Morgen today and she was amazing!!! So helpful and knowledge on all the tools the app offers. We are very new at this and she made everything easy to understand for newbies!!!!
