The customer service is also unmatched.. Live service and will respond to you in minutes.

Horrible! I can't believe I was charged a whole year for this. It takes forever to load and isn't customizable enough to fit into our website. Then when I tried to get help I just got referred to their additional apps - twice.
So far we love it. Can't seem to figure out how to get everything to just automatically go away once the timer/deal ends though. Works and looks great though!
Didn't work for my store as it covered up our menu. Now for over a week I have been trying to get the developer to remove it from my storefront. Customers are not able to access the menu what so ever. They said they would help and then they have ghosted me.

I used this app to help me do countdown to BFCM October. I like the app and the support is great if something doesn't go well. Easy to use app.
Great app, best countdown app there is.
Check how this app looks on mobile! It works well on computer based browsers. Does not work at all on the Debut theme in iOS or Android mobile browsers - it makes your navigation disappear. I was advised by a Shopify Guru to delete app and try a different one, if I wanted to have a working countdown timer and allow people to navigate to other pages on my site.
