Form builder helped me create a form for respondents to our direct mail campaign. It's easy to use and responsive to changes.
I used this app to help me to build a consultation form. It was really easy and provided everything I needed.
One thing we can say about POWR is that they care about their clients and the users experience using the POWR products.
We had some issues with our POWR Contact Form and with the help of Richcarde and team they were able to solve it to get our store back up and running!

I have used this app for the first time and it took some time to create the form that I wanted but its everything I need and it walked me through everything!
Easy to use, customise. Installing the form was a piece of cake. Works well so far. will update this review once used for a bit longer.
