So far this app does exactly what I need it to. Helps with employee application forms as well as a other application forms.
I used the app the create a wholesale application form and it is awesome! Does what it needs to do and is pretty simple.
easy set up. Even a dumb can use this, basically include many useful form and custom option. Nice app, will keep using it.
