On a paid subscription and form builder hasn´t loaded for at least 24 hours. In general, it also loads very slow.

When you fill out one of the forms you go to a 'success screen' that tells the user they have successfully completed the form. Except the content for this success page is put far far down into a page - which gives the effect of loading a blank page. I contacted the support, who eventually wrote to me and said they had to escalate this issue to a different support team - sounded promising. A week later and after me writing several times to see what the progress was, I got an email saying "there's no workaround to make the submission success message appear on top" They suggested if I know someone who can do advanced coding I could try customising the form's CSS.
We sent out the form for a few people to test, and they all reported back that the form didn't work because after submitting it they were sent to a blank page.
The app is as good as useless to us, the support very slow and didn't resolve what for us is broken functionality - so we will be deleting it and choosing another app.

The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened?
You've requested a page on a website (www.powr.io) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system.
What can I do?
If you are the owner of this website:
you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for www.powr.io to resolve to a different IP address.”

Please accept our sincerest apologies concerning the server issue you experienced. Please know the downtime you referenced in your review was not a result of our failure, but caused by our hosting provider, Heroku.

Their entire network went down for 6 hours, which in turn directly affected the entire POWR network.

There was nothing we could have done to prevent the interruption and we regret this happened to you. You can view detail about this issue here:

NO REFUND! THIEVES!
I've have their product for less than a week creating a form that does not work as a form! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!! SHOULD BE KICKED OUT OF SHOPIFY.

The form app DOES NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE SELECTIONS....this is what the developers are telling me. ANY STANDARD FORM ALLOWS FOR MULTIPLE SELECTIONS.

All I have asked them for is a refund for what I have not even used. No form submission has been made, no public use as all even. And they cannot return my money? They only offered me use of their other apps...but their other apps I have not use for.

If I do not receive a refund I will make sure to post everywhere possible how they immediately refuse refunds after purchase, and of all the additional faults I have found in their products:

This is a terrible plugin app site. I bought a yearly subscription from them through PayPal and after realizing that they don't listen to their customers, I decided to get a refund.

I had several back and forth conversations with the powr team to get my money back and it was all a waste of time.

So I have decided to open a Paypal dispute and Paypal decided the case in their favor.

After a few days, I went back to check on my Powr.io account only to find out that they have deactivated my account after Paypal had decided the case in their favor.

This is a Big Scam! I will take further action!"

Per our pricing model, the Pro version would only allow you to add 20 elements to your Form Builder app.
If you require more form elements, please consider upgrading to our Business plan with which you can get unlimited elements.

We also run promos from time to time and offer discounts on our Business plan, please email our support team to see if there are any active discounts that you can use.

Horrible app. Very slow loading up on mobile devices to the point where potential clients leave the form page. It is not $0 a month entirely. Important features which you expect to be part of the app they will charge you $7.99 a month.

I do not recommend the upgraded version of this app.
I spent way to much time (overall about 90 minutes) trying to initiate the paid Premium version of this app, only to find out (through Shopify Plus) that their programming was faulty and was causing the array of frustrating issues I experienced every time I attempted to purchase an upgraded version.
Additionally, with each failed payment, I received a email notification stating that I had successfully paid for the app - which was wrong.
I contacted their customer support and was told multiple times that the issues I was experiencing were my own or Shopify's fault.
So far, since they were notified by Shopify Plus app team that their app's issues, they have not contacted me to follow-up.
I highly suggest that you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with any paid version of this app and find another app to handle your form needs, which is what we are doing.

I had trouble receiving emails. I do not recommend it if you start a store with a lot of traffic. This plugin could crash at any moment.

They have a huge problem with the contact fields on Ipads and Cellphones = it don’t work! We have contact them but they don’t answer...well at first, but after long time and still problem - they have desided to not answer.
This problem occur on all cellphones/Ipads. The fields is not possible to fill. Nothing happen when you click on them.
1 star is to high - because this app do not work - and the customer "service" do not exist.

So, you all people that gave this app 5 stars...have you checked the function in a mobile or Ipad? If not do that - and you will uppdate your review to 1 star.
