Loving Form Builder... Simplifies my life.
I used the app to run a contest. Very easy to use and navigate. I will use it again in the future.
So far it looks pretty great! i really like its customization options and the page load speed seems to be very good, which has been an issue with other form builders in the past
Created a simple registration form for demo signup. Very easy to use. The free version has a lot of functionality and the paid version has even more. The only downside is that if you are paying for the app you will be paying per form that you design.

Forms work perfectly and support is excellent. Easy to use (once you figure out some small nuances) but the support is there for you and they respond quickly. Once you're up and running, the app is great. I can recommend this app as being well worth the money.

I wanted to build a form to retrieve important sales information faster. It was easy to use and had a lot of features for what type of form you wanted to build. One thing that would make it perfect is the ability to place the form where-ever I want (though the options available are good enough already).
