Its simply awesome. Very easy to build your own form or if you have a custom printing website , you can have a image upload feature.
10/10, this is the form builder you should use. I don't often leave reviews, but this is an excellent product. Easy to use right out of the gate

This form is a great nifty tool, very easy to use. It is a very good add-on to my store. I can create all sorts of forms very easily and integrate them to pages and Mailchimp/

Awesome app... so helpful for creating dynamic custom forms of all kinds. I would def recommend this to anyone looking for a way to receive data from their customers. You can even have them submit photos!
I tried another app and it didnt work. They also charged for so many things that this app didnt charge for. No complaints!
This is really great! For a Free form builder, I would totally recommend. One tiny suggestion is that it could have a few more fonts (I like to use Open Sans a lot), however there is already a good selection of fonts to choose from.
