This app has been a huge help for managing preorders in our Shopify store. It is easy to use and integrates smoothly with our setup. What impressed us most is the outstanding support team. PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. When I had a technical query, their support couldn't have been better – their response time was super fast and they are clear about everything, and took care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend the product, and the team are brilliant.

I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. Would definitely recommend this app, it was perfect for what we wanted to do with our pre-ordered products. They also have great customer service, worked out an issue we had with billing the same day.

App works great. Does many functions that keeps customers informed in the metafields that cannot be done with any other app. Customer support is very responsive as well. We tried them a year ago and had some issues but they seem to have resolved them and the app works great now.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately.

Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

We've been using this app for quite a while now to manage our pre-orders and it works very well. Recently we had to integrate it with a new update and the support team did a great job sorting it out quickly and with excellent communication. Eugenia was great and resolved an issue I was having right away!
