App works great. Does many functions that keeps customers informed in the metafields that cannot be done with any other app. Customer support is very responsive as well. We tried them a year ago and had some issues but they seem to have resolved them and the app works great now.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately.

Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

Had trouble installing the app, and when I emailed the support team - I instantly received a reply! Amazing. Philip from support helped and assisted us with no questions asked. Having pre-orders for almost three years now, and this app truly is heavent sent. Thank you Philip & SpurIT! I wish you all the best.

Great support help by Alexander when I had trouble with the pre-order design tab. Incredibly quick and efficient as usual and I've been with them for 3 years! :) Nothing negative to say about SpurIT.

Update: Customer service from this company is still amazing! Artyom got back to my concern 5 minutes after I messaged them and fixed everything for me in a split second. Thanks you guys!

We've been using this app for quite a while now to manage our pre-orders and it works very well. Recently we had to integrate it with a new update and the support team did a great job sorting it out quickly and with excellent communication. Eugenia was great and resolved an issue I was having right away!
