Sometime to now, the app it doesnst work. How can I solve it?

We are sorry to hear that.

We have both live chat (in the app's admin page), and email support for the app. Please reach out to us through those channels and we will fix issues if any on your store.

We solve 9/10 issues in less than 1 hour, and the rest less than 24 hours, unless it's a feature request.

In any case, please reach out to us we will solve issues.

Love this app! Does exactly what I need it to do. When I had problems understanding how to do a more complex preorder, Saman did some research and fixed me right up. He answered lots of questions, all in a timely manner. Great app, great support!

The team at Preorderly is fantastic, I had an issue that they were able to fix within 20 minutes. I've been using the app for over 3 years and never had issues except this one time and was so happy with their prompt help.

Do the math! If you pay for your inventory at delivery, but you can sell it prior to delivery and YOU get paid.. its generating your margin without your expense.

UPDATE - I had a small integration issue because of my theme. I emailed support and they responded and HELPED so quickly.
