Would 100% recommend Prive for anyone looking to integrate subscriptions into their Shopify store! Its a major shift in the way we do business but the Prive team have been great in helping us get started. The set up was quick and easy, Kai looked after our onboarding and she was fantastic the whole way through!

After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running. Thank you for the help, all the best on your journey with this app!

Kai was our Customer Success Manager and I could not be more happy with the information + support she provided us during the process from A-Z. She went above and beyond and always communicated every single step of the way. We love this platform! Nothing compares to Prive. The capabilities are best in class, along with their team. Onboarding and migration from Recharge was a breeze. Highly Recommend if you plan on scaling your subscription model with a top subscription partner.

We are really excited that we found Prive. The integration into Shopify was a seamless one. Big shout out to our account manager Kai. She was easy to work with and held our hand throughout the process. I highly recommend Prive for those with a subscription model business.

Prive is not only a lot more seamless than our current subscription provider, but the team handled the entire transition very smoothly. Very happy with our new subscription with Prive and looking forward to sticking on this app moving forward. After learning about Prive through a webinar that we joined about subscription services, we knew that when we were ready to have subscriptions, Prive was going to be the service that we went with. Since signing up this past week, we are so happy we did just that! The experience and onboarding process has been really seamless and the Prive team makes themselves readily available to answer any questions you may have. They also reached out to set up a 30 minute meeting to run through the platform and additional questions. We can't recommend Prive enough! The platform is very straightforward, simple to use, and the customer service is amazing! Totally recommend.

Prive offers robust subscription features and addressed some of the main issues with our previous subscription provider. Big fans of the password-less log in, native checkout, clean reporting, and unique gifting capabilities. Not to mention, an awesome team that took care of the entire migration process for us!

If you are looking to integrate subscriptions for your store- Prive is the obvious choice. Fully customizable, intuitive backend and affordable (unlike many other companies I was checking out).

We have used a couple of subscription platforms before Prive and have ben blown away by how good this team/product is! We had quite a complex setup/migration and customization needs which were easily dealt with by Prive. (1000x better than our last migration experience with another subscription platform) They really are a true subscription partner who takes in feedback and applies it quickly to their product by releasing updates and changes faster than we have seen anyone else move. I am genuinely excited for how good this platform is and will be in the future. The customer service is excellent, even though we are in a different time zone, and the platform is all set up to reliability and properly service stores with 10K+ subscribers. We couldn't be happier, thanks Claudia, Kai and the rest of the Prive team!
