Great customer service! i wish you could send campaign and sale alert texts like with sms bump also its a bit harder to create a creative email than it is in mailchimp. love the pop ups though!

Some features are not working. It doesn't indicate how it detects the exit intent of my customers. I doubt its practicality.

Intuitive. Easy to set up. I haven't seen the app in use yet, so we'll see how it actually performs. But the overall set up was pretty seamless.
