I really like my email design, however, when doing speed test through google, this slowed my website down too much, which would impact rankings. The link attached to my pop up also impacted my page. & $20 is a bit much for an email sign up.

it doesn't sync the customers the opt in for newsletter in my website, I don't see the point of having the app if it doesn't sync my customers

can't sync emails from my shop unless I use MailChimp but that app is not great either. no sure how i feel about it

I used this app because it was the highest rated. I really just wanted a simple email app. Not sure i want to torture my customer with pop ups. I guess being polite is old school....
