Very basic free version......
As always - they lure you to join for free and then offer you a "plan" for $79 a month....
I downgraded to free after paying for the commercial and was immediately reset to free. I paid for a month worth of service and just because I stopped the reoccurring subscription you take away the benefits I paid for?
Dealing with these guys has been nothing but a nightmare. What a waste of our time and money! It's been two weeks that we signed up, but all we are getting is the runaround from them. I wish we tried them before paying. I guess the money is gone!!!

What a stupid app. I wanted to use it to send welcome emails with 15% off discount code but the minimum time limit is 1 hour. By then the customer is long gone. The developers of this app must be brain dead.
I'm having a very difficult time getting started.
i didn't realize that there was so much to do at first just to get started. I am very confused at this point
The popup is annoying on the mobile platform, its hard to exit. Need to make it more mobile friendly.

The pop ups and exit intent designs are beautiful but the good stops there.
I was asked/ forced to leave a review within minutes of being on the site to “complete the set up process”. I’ve since then edited my review here to include that even though my actual analytics are low, they show a more than 20x increase than what is actually true via any analytics that are readily available to force monthly subscriptions.
I’ll stick with Klaviyo and bid farewell to this particular app. It’s a bit too shady for me.
