I felt like I got SCAMMED. They trap you into thinking it's free and make you put in your credit card details. They withdrew money from my account for a subscription I didn't sign up for. And they said they won't issue a refund because by putting my credit card details in, I have purchased my subscription, I have definitely fallen into their trap. I deleted the app after 2 days. RUBBISH.

i dont like this app, too complicated to create email and promote products, is a waste of time, and very confuse to costumers when sign up in your website or newsletter

Falsely advertises complete free trial then requires you to pay to use all functions. It also lacks features compared to other apps

I am not sure if all these positive reviews are fake or what. I made a pop-up that is supposed to display immediately and it doesn't work correctly. I tried contacting their live chat during their business hours for the last 2 days with no response. I also emailed their support email with no response. If this is the type of customer service you can expect from Privy then I will be deleting their app.
