I dont know how it works yet cause i just installed it into my website, am going to creat some campagns and see how effective it is and i will let your people know if its a good one or no.

Having some issues with branding our emails. When the app sends email confirmations and newsletters they come with the Privy brand. I believe this is not good for any business and I am surprised no one else has complained . We have been chatting to support for almost 2 days now and still not clear answer. Not very happy with this, plus a bit expensive for the service.

The pop up comes up on my site, but everyone who enters there email gets an error that they must enter a valid email and It is not clear how to fix it because everyone's email is valid.

Usability isn't the best, but the free functions do the job. I use it for the Newsletter Pop-Up and am satisfied so far. Customization is very limited though.
