Fun and lots of help available.Has boosted our sign ups and sales. Easy to design and user friendly. There will be more charges when your business grows however, and the signup email options are not free.

We have used the app for several months and have found it to work without a hitch. The conversion rates aren't as high as I'd like, but it is helping with interaction and I would recommend to anyone who would like leads and more interaction on their store with customers and potential customers.

The dash board could be a bit better laid out with easier to understand options for those of us techno challenged folk. Maybe have some (?) links with a brief pop up explanation for this term. Tutorial videos for each step. Just a suggestion.
