Even the most frustrated customer is not necessarily a lost cause. When you receive a scathingly negative review, try to avoid responding defensively, as this only escalates the issue. Instead, address their concerns calmly and offer to continue the conversation offline, like this hotel did on TripAdvisor:

The only thing is that is not very clear when you want to export the data about how many customers you have in the pop up, so you can integrate with email solutions.

its a good software but sometimes is not easy to navigate and you need to go through to some videos to find out what to do, need some improvements

I can design the pop to collect my customers e-mail , also show them the discount code and so on. Sooo nice app

So far I really love it! It's easy to use and I love that you can use your own background and can make it work! i also love the fact that theres the little button you can go back to!

This is a really good app. In the first 30 days of using it, it has netted us more than £1900 in sales just from the Welcome Pop Up we have added on our site offering customers 10% discount when signing up. Easy to use and highly profitable!
