Not sure that we got good value from Privvy yet.
Ok so the free account works. Kinda...
But if you try and open the details, then it does not as much. All the abandoned carts seem to have the same product with same value, though the report has different values. So it is no great help if you are trying to analyse what are being left in the cart.
Trying to use it but it keeps crashing with 404 errors - not good irst impressions for my customers to use

I used privy and overall it isn't bad. The free version isn't great. Would love to be able to email customers their discount code after they sign up to the mailing list... Wish I knew that before testing it out. Also, the emails added to privy are not linking to shopify. Maybe the paid version is better but I thought I would give it a test run before I purchased. Not super impressed with the ...
Not easy to use, canva is way easier. SHould link to shopify and be able to pull products directly from it
