update: a year or two back i switched away from privy because i was looking for a couple other things at the time, but now am probably going to switch back over and Jose has been nothing but great in helping me figure out some back end things before i make the jump back and to make sure everything is running smoothly on the back end without being an actual customer yet - so that is very much appreciated, sometimes you can't find people that will help like he has!
Privy is a great way to capture emails. Totally customizable and easy to gives just what I need for growing my new business. I used Privy for another store I had and it always gave great results even for the free version! Customer service is awesome too, pretty quick to answer and fix any problems!

Our company has used several email providers over the years. We have been with Privy for just over a year now and absolutely love it. The customer service is wonderful. They were very helpful in getting us set up, and with every step along the way since then. They are fast to respond, whether in live chat, email or with our customer service rep. They do a great job of educating and giving us ideas. The automations have been a game changer for us. We love being able to search campaigns. Highly recommend.
I saw this app used on another site. It takes some effort to set up, but I am very pleased with the customization's in my first campaign. After chatting with Jose M. I was able to create nurture campaigns and he showed me how to set up a free session with an onboarding coach.

I've been using this app for nearly five years and it has worked consistently throughout various changes. Support has been great and my several displays are getting great conversions!
I used the app to prepare our first news letter. Very user friendly, great application with lots of different campaign uses for staying connected to your customers!

Wow! Tech support has improved so much! I went from a two star (because it was not good before) to now 5 star plus! The chat with Jose M. was patient, instructive - and fixed everything. Privy is my favorite app now.
