I installed this app to use the pop-up system on exit attempt. It's not bad at all for what I've experiment. Once the free trial period passed the prices are very expensive for a shop that actually have big moderate to excellent traffic.
However, Privy seems to have an awesome team to help you make the application profitable with its many possibilities.
I recommend this app for those who know perfectly the behavior of their audiences to matched with the possibilities of the app and make it mostly profitable.

4 stars because some time pop-up doesnt trigger for an obscure reason.

As a replacement for Mailchimp, it does pretty well. One qualm is how the email editor can take some time to get used to, and the in-app photo editing really needs a user-friendly boost. Other than that, it's been really helpful, and setting up campaigns and importing old contacts is pretty simple.

At the beginning, the pop-up window works very well. There are many templates that you can try for free. It matches the color of my website. It is easy to use. Just modify some of the text you want.

Love Privy and the support Ben and the team provide. Still in the early days of how we utilise the app but it has helped us capture so many email addresses and generate a great deal of revenue on our website with some basic popups. There are a tonne of amazing advanced features we are looking to add in 2021.
