Very poor marketing app! There is no technical support whatsoever over the weekends. I created an email for a one hour sale and the mails have not been sent out and I cannot cancel the emails either. I cannot afford this to be sent out after the sale is over. This is the second time this is happening in 2023. The email templates are ugly and needs a lot of work.

-0 As I transitioned from Klayvio to embark on my journey with Privy, I encountered a disappointing customer service experience during a Zoom meeting. Despite my simple request for assistance in porting my contacts from Klayvio, it seemed my concerns were overlooked due to my limited contact list. The representative agreed to port my contacts on the same day but was unable to guide me on the process from Klayvio. Despite two follow-up emails, I received no response. This subpar customer service experience has led me to reconsider signing up with Privy, as it appears they prioritize businesses with over 10,000 contacts. I am now seeking recommendations for alternative companies with better customer service. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

About 1.5 years ago, we made the switch from Mailchimp to Privy and it was such an upgrade! We implemented their website signup pop-ups and saw a dramatic increase in our daily subscriber growth. We set up all of our email flows and automations through the platform and they preformed strongly compared to when they were set up in Mailchimp. Our weekly email campaigns also performed much better, getting higher open rates and increased revenue. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, the customer service is unrivaled and their Customer Support Managers are always there for you to make sure your account is in excellent condition and to answer any questions you have along the way! I'm so glad we made the upgrade to Privy and look forward to continuing to grow with this platform! I highly recommend making the switch to Privy from whatever other email platform you're currently using, and request Henry to be your CSM when you're getting started, he's the best! You'll see the growth you've been searching for once you set your Privy account live!

Easy to set up, great customer support, and enough features to support a modern business. I especially like the built-in conditionals offering fine-grain control over where the popups get displayed throughout our site. A+

We've been using Privy for a couple of years now and it has been great! Their customer service is excellent and they offer some incredible features that help our business hone in on our desired target audiences. For example, we're able to utilize different contact lists to help us identify which customers might need a little extra push to visit our e-shop and eventually purchase our products. I definitely recommend using Privy!

I used Privy for over 3 years Privy, and I must say it has been a great experience. Privy has exceeded my expectations in every way. Privy has become an essential tool in my business.

I am having a problem with bots adding emails to my Privy sign up forms and customer service was excellent. They deleted bad emails for me and gave instructions hope to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend Privy for its' function, pricing and now customer service.

We've been with Privy for over four years and came over from mailchimp. We have worked with our Privy specialist teaching and helping with all aspects from campaigns, automation and pop ups and new trends. It has been the best personalize service and Privy accounts for over 25% of sales consistantly. We honestly couldn't have scaled without the professional care they have had for our small business.

I have used Privy for over two and a half years. It's one of those non-negotiable expenses for my business. Working with a Customer Success Manager is key -- they are so brilliant with conversion rates and popups and email campaigns. I have learned an enormous amount of general ecomm info from my rep that I have been able to implement immediately to my store. This app has saved my store from going under during a tumultuous economy and unstable times. I'm so thankful for Privy and the team there, and will continue to be a privy customer for life.
