I saw this app used on another site. It takes some effort to set up, but I am very pleased with the customization's in my first campaign. After chatting with Jose M. I was able to create nurture campaigns and he showed me how to set up a free session with an onboarding coach.

I've been using this app for nearly five years and it has worked consistently throughout various changes. Support has been great and my several displays are getting great conversions!
I used the app to prepare our first news letter. Very user friendly, great application with lots of different campaign uses for staying connected to your customers!

Wow! Tech support has improved so much! I went from a two star (because it was not good before) to now 5 star plus! The chat with Jose M. was patient, instructive - and fixed everything. Privy is my favorite app now.

WE LOVE PRIVY!! We were using another email platform but also used privy for our pop ups. After speaking with a few of their representatives, we decided to move all business over to privy and i'm so glad we did! Privy is the best email & sms plug-in for your Shopify. They have everything you need and online assistance that is super responsive. Shoutout to Jose for helping me out with fixing my problem with my emails going straight to spam mail!!!
