It is better than some apps that I have used but it could be more user friendly. It would help a lot if the app had phone support.

Used this app for email sign up only which worked well. A couple of weeks later we then found out we would have to pay in the future. Unfortunately we signed up with Privy because it was free, so we are now using a different app for this function. No complaints regarding its functionality.

We tried the app for a week and it works quite well. However, we had an issue with the dark mode on iPhone when we receive confirmation email (logo appears black on black). We contacted twice Privy CS but no reply so far....
We will give a try with the Privy Convert at 20 USD and see how it goes.
