I am still trying to figure this out. Just upgraded to the newsletter platform because Mailchimp is not an option. I can't figure out how to link newsletter opt-in sign ups with Privy yet. So

I like this app but would love to see a social follow discount, not just email. To replace the bekeeting app that shopify no longer supports.
I'm finding this app challenging to use and navigate, I am frustrated shopify and mailchimp aren't integrated anymore. Hopefully the learning curve drops soon and I can get back to regularly scheduled emailing!

still a fairly new app, not really generating email sign ups so far. It's only been active for a week. easy to set up and easy customization.
Have been using the free pop up and it's really good. Just started using abandoned cart emails , nothing to say about it yet. Therefore neautral review. And STOP asking to review your app every time I log in. It's annoying and as I can see you are getting a lot of less than positive reviews because of it. I will update my review later when I see how everything works.

The more I try and use it the more features I find either don't works or don't work as perhaps Privy suggest, shame, it used to be a great company but they seem to be focusing on new products although I rarely see them rather than fixing all the glitches in the basic system. I still have an unresolved issue
