I use this app for email marketing and abandoned carts. Affordable, user friendly and has great analytics. I just wish there was a pop up chat window to get instant answers for an enquiry.

Privy has been an amazing tool for our Shopify store.
Seems easy so far. For banner on the bottom, there's no way to make it all one uniform color. My only gripe!
