Great customer service - so helpful and very serviceminded too.
But the app doesn't work on the new modernised sectioned themes by Shopify like Minimal theme.
Easy Install and very easy to use. I love the Tabs in descriptions. Gives my product page a cleaner look so a customer doesn't have to scroll down 3 miles to read about a product.

And I wasn't able to install it myself because there was conflict with another already installed App in my shop, so I asked support and got immedeate help!!! Everything woeks great! Very happy with it)
I used the app on the brooklyn theme, contacted them to get help about the product description on the right of the page, and they helped me, The ccustomer service is amazing and the app work perfectly.
Fast customer service. It sometimes disconnects from the theme without any notice which is alarming.
That's a really good app. More importantly, I had a code problem that their professional team quickly solved for me. I would strongly recommend this app.

I can't say enough about the level of support that this company offers. To be quite honest, I've never run into a group of professionals quite as dedicated as the ones at NexusMedia. Integration of these tabs was simple and any customization that was not offered directly in the user interface was quickly taken care of by them. Their response time is phenomenal! If you're thinking about adding tabs to your descriptions, EasyTabs is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned.
