Some of the discounts prepared for Black Friday were randomly not applied. It worked for some products but not others (in the same discount rule).
The products that it didn't work for did not have other discounts applied previously, the app just bugged out.
If you could rate nil stars then that is what I would have chosen. The App does not work correctly for a large number of discount items. Numerous products did not have the applicable discount applied even though the set-up was correct. This issue was identified on the 30th July and as at 16th August there has been no resolution. The costumer service was even worse. Despite numerous attempts to get an answer and being advised that I will be updated urgently, no feed back was provided. On the third day in a row of email an chatting, I received this response "We have a larger than normal volume right now and everything is taking longer than anticipated" which is a stock standard response. I would not recommend this app for its functionality or the service response to anyone! Very disappointed!
This app doesn't have the logic to apply discounts to individual Shopify variants. Instead, you're stuck applying a % discount or $ discount to ALL variants. I eventually stumble upon their support page where they say the work around is to create individual products to apply discounts to! That's ridiculous.
If you are integrating an app into Shopify, it better be able to WORK with Shopify.
Not impressed that you're not able to set a variant sales price. If your store is user friendly and you use variants please be aware that this app will NOT and they REFUSE to make changes to the app in order to set different sales for the different variants.
For example, if you have a product that has 2 variants and the second is just a multi-pack and you want to discount that variant and not the individual variant you CANNOT do that.
I've paid for this app for over a year with promises of this addition and nothing still.
I upgraded the app to the new version but unfortunately the discounts are not working !! I contacted the support with no response or action from their side to solve the matter as the app can't read the store currency which is different than US $ !! I'm really disappointed of how my issue is being handled and will be offloading the app next week If I don't hear or see an action from the developer .
very bad search function to find your products. NOT easy to use, too many pop up windows and by far the ability to search for your products is the number one thing you want to use it for and it always can NOT find the products by just typing in a few letters. You have to go through so many clicks and menus for a very simple process. NOT worth the money for the hassles. Plus they are not very good at responding or showing you how to contact them when you have questions. I know it looks good just pay one fee but then you are stuck with the bad product search forever.

I have had problems with the app not applying the sales discount to all of the items in a selected collection. So if you go the collection page, a random assortment are on sale, while others are not.
I have been in business five years and this is the first time customers have had such apprehension about pricing. In the past few days, I have gotten more negative emails about pricing practices (not prices, but about the way sale prices display) than I have in five years.
If I could do it all over again, I would probably just stick to low error sales pricing through importing and exporting product spreadsheets. Maybe this works better for daily deals but for straight discounts on a large number of SKUs in a collection, do yourself and your business a favor and use a coupon code or calculate the discount on csv files and upload.
I have gotten numerous emails from customers about "tricky" pricing practices and phantom sales- where I have advertised items as 10% off, but they are not showing the advertised price. I haven't received the level of support I would have expected to help with this kind of a critical issue.
The enormous blow to sales and customer confidence isn't worth it.
It's a great idea, but until the bugs are worked out, you can do serious damage to your business using this thing, especially if you are announcing and advertising sales and people are going to your site expecting to see the advertised discounts.
You should realize that it takes hours for sales to stop and start so if you are doing a sales notice to customers, allow several hours for the website to update before you announce it. I have had to stop and start the same sale a few times to get it to apply to the collection correctly. The result is that people have seriously slowed buying and instead write to ask me if the price is going to change ten minutes after they purchase the item.
Download the app, they charged me $99, I message for help installing and they don't integrate with my cart app, now they are REFUSING to refund me. This is all within 2 days.

worst app ever. It has stucked and now i have in my shop double discounts on my products. i don't recommend it.
