I Had super high hopes for this app but upon installing their "One click install" option, it glitched. my storefront on would sync half of the products. I put in a ticket and am now at the end of my trial and STILL have NO RESOLUTION. I've followed up multiple times and all I keep getting is we'll update the ticket and have someone get back to you... in the meantime, I have an app that I'm testing and it isn't working correctly which is costing me sales. I can see the potential in the app but the customer service does not make it worth it. if you are going through a sale and the app glitches, don't expect speedy resolutions.

Super happy with Bold Discounts (The Sale App). I've been using it for ~ 5 months now and couldn't be happier, both with the product itself and BOLD's customer service team (Hapreet rocks!!).

Suddenly just stopped working altogether. I'm trying to run promotions and the app just keeps loading at the start/stop promotion. Hopefully this gets fixed as it was once a trouble-free app.

I used this app in the past and it worked great, I just re installed and when trying to access help pages I keep encountering 404 pages. I thought this would be as simple as before... Hopefully I will get some help

Just wanted to say thanks for a great app. Support was excellent and all my emails and requests for changes were answered promptly.
The app does all that I need it to and is very easy to use.
Even though I changed my theme, the support team reinstalled the code on my new theme to my complete satisfaction and without further cost. Many Thanks.

The app worked ok for me for a while until I just spent 7 hours editing every product manually on my website because the app got stuck loading and loading and brought every item down from $45 and above to $1 or $2.00 and you can only imagine how many sales came in the meantime this was happening so I had to cancel all the orders and refund all the clients. I reached out to bold and no one got back to me. They NEED TO FIX THIS! This mistake cost me more money than what I've paid the app in all the time I've had it.

Aweful customer service...stuck for now 3 days with no help. Already paid for the install and sent multiple messages but no one cares to even respond. I had marketing campaign planned but can't even run the promotions have to push everything back. I would not suggest this app purely based on poor customer service.

Really great app, the support is remarkable and fast.

If you have a fulfilment system that communicates directly with shopify, make sure to check that everything is working well. There was no problems for us, but there was some strange activity on our system. Nothing serious though.
