Brilliant app and a brilliant support. Dan helped a great deal with clear explanations and quick come back. Only downside I found so far is the inability to change product price while sale is on without affecting the automation of the sale on said product but it is a minor issue.

The Product Discount app by BOLD is wonderful addition to my on-line shop, paperandpearl.com! I really needed the ability to apply deposits like 50% of a custom order upon order receipt, with the balance to applied upon proof approval and Product Discount allows me to do this! I was also very interested in being able to run BOGO offers, like a BOGO50% offer to increase the basket size and offer a discount on some goods in my shop, and the Product Discount app allows me to do. I'm very please and would recommend the app for special offers now currently available via Shopify!!

Had some teething problems trying to set up the countdown clock but was resolved in the end. Great comms and Abhijit responded very quickly to emails

Very disappointed, I have had a deleted sale stuck on many products for nearly a week. Fast but ineffective customer service.

This company is TERRIBLE. Their own apps don't work with each other. They update one and it breaks the others, STEER CLEAR! My site has been affected by their adjustments for over a week, and support is VERY slow to respond or to fix the problem.

Their install links and instructions are garbage. It shows the app as not installed by a default banner even when it's installed, then once you dismiss it, you realize it's just a marketing banner to get you to pay for the install. The install links don't take you to the actual install page, and then it's spread between different links rather than simple step by step instructions like most other Developers. Jacked up my website and doesn't work, it shows as very simple code copy and pasting, but obviously there's more than it, and since everything is all over the place, who knows if I missed a step. Support says they'll probably get around to helping fix it in 2-3 days. Longest I've ever had to wait for support. Makes me appreciate other developers by far...

I haven't started using it yet but it appears it won't finish installing until I leave a review. I will update this once I have used the app.
2020-12-04 - UPDATE: This app hasn't worked properly on my store since 16/11/2020 but now (fingers crossed) it does! I was getting very frustrated as I totally missed the Black Friday sales because of it, however Laurel has managed to get it sorted. Laurel demonstrated excellent customer service! : ) I had used this app over a year ago on another theme and had no issues what-so-ever and loved scheduling sales. It really was a time saver.
