We are still currently in our trial period with this app and the Upsell app, but so far everything has been great - particularly their customer service. Both Dan and Brendin have been extremely patient with me during the installation process and they are extremely knowledgable. Their response time is impeccable and the app itself is outstanding. We additionally have their Recurring Orders app and it is just as wonderful. I highly recommend utilizing any app produced by this company as they truly know what they are doing and their products deliver!

Great App! I just launched my store and found this app in the App. Store. I love the "pay one price and that's it". I opted to pay the additional $30 and let Bold support team set me up. Easy, great support and a great addition to my store.

Worst experience ever! The apps stopped working and generated damage on my website, then they sent a message saying that they had a problem and would probably display the wrong prices for the customers.

The site-wide discount functionality works but has a few issues:
- You have to goto Help > Liquid Installation, otherwise the app doesnt' work
- The app doesn't show discounts for "Frequently Bought Together" items
- When the discount is live, abandoned cart emails do not get sent because the orders are created as "Draft Orders" instead of normal orders. Beware, don't try to manually send Abandoned Cart emails, otherwise the emails are sent with an empty body because the template cannot find any items in the Draft Order.

Please avoid Bold - all of the apps. See my review about Upsell - you will spend countless hours on support getting bogus information and they can't even get the app to work. I've had problems with Product Options obliterating my Shopify variants - unfortunately, it was working fine and then one day it screwed up my variants. I had no idea - here's the problem - it may work one day, but tomorrow who knows? Who has time to continuously check this? Who has time to spend on support, doing one thing and then being told the next day that's not right. AVOID THEM.
