The app works great and the customer services is fantastic. We reached out to them regarding an issue we were having and not only did they solve it promplty but they also went above and beyond to configure the settings to make the uncharge appear better on our website, it was greatly appreciated!

A simple and clean app for that works as it should – perfect for small cart add ons. It didn't install and seamlessly as I would have hoped, but I'm guessing that was more of a theme issue then their app. Angie was great at getting me setup and the module placed exactly where I wanted.

The app loading takes a long time. sometimes 15-20 seconds. I would love to be able to charge different amounts per state. Doesn't work in the Shopify Shop. which is a big deal.

Thank you for your feedback.

As a rule, the app loads quite fast, especially if you are using "fixed"-priced ones. Percent-based ones may take a bit longer to load as it's required to calculate the price in the background and cache the fee.
Also, the performance can be affected by other scripts loading in the cart.

You can create several separate fees and make them work for different states using the "Locations" setting.

As for the "Shop" app by Shopify, it doesn't allow integrations. We would be happy to make our app work there, but we cannot do that.

Impossible to use "free" version, if it even exists. Trying to manage the app invariably redirects to a page that forces you to approve payment for premium version.

We’d like to clarify that our free plan is available exclusively for affiliate/ development stores (Shopify plan - "Development"). For all other Shopify plans, a paid subscription is required to access our app.

If you’re currently using a development store, you should be able to take advantage of the free plan. Otherwise, we’d be happy to discuss our paid options with you and find a solution.

Spent 2 hrs trying to set this app up today and had no success. I watched every video, chatted with Shopify and reached out for support. No one was able to help me set up % based fees in my store. Don't waste your time or money with this app.

Shopify cannot make this app work even. This is a genuinely awful user experience and none of the content provided helps install this app.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the app setup.
The app usually comes with automatic installation. However, if the target theme has some specifics (unique selectors or external custom code integrated), additional actions may be required to get the app up and running. As a rule, it's required to add theme selectors to the app settings.

We offer free installation/configuration services and try to process all inquiries timely. However, due to the location of our development office (Europe) and time zone differences, there is a chance we may get back with a minor delay.

We had some issues with the theme we are on pulling incorrect data on the cart page and can say that the support team came through huge for us. They were able to get in and clean up the code/styling to fix the issue and get the app working sat 100%. Thank you to Angelika and her team for helping us out and fixing the issue we were running into!
