We needed some custom coding done on the app and were extremely happy with the results as well as the quick turn-around. Maggie and her team really delivered for us and we are very happy with the support and functionality of the app.

Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing.

There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support.

It also worth pointing out that the configuration issue was down to my misinterpretation of a section of preferences, not an issue with the application itself.

So far I'm really pleased with this app. Its adding the US tariff fee at the checkout so I don't need to add it onto shipping. I'm not that tech savvy, so the support (Maggie) has been super helpful and patient with some issues I had.

We’ve been using the Upcharge app and it has worked exactly as we needed. I had a few issues with the initial configuration, but Angie and Evgeniya were incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved straight away. Their support was prompt, clear, and genuinely above and beyond.

The app itself runs smoothly and does exactly what it promises, but what really stands out is the level of service behind it. Knowing that there’s such a responsive and capable team available makes a huge difference.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!

This app honestly saved us when it came to adding tariffs. Setup was pretty easy and straightforward, which was a relief. We had tried the magic fees app before but it failed for us plus they use some AI support agent thing that just felt weird. Here the support is real deal. Huge shoutout to Maggie and Angie for their amazing help with our custom cart drawer, they went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier!

One pro tip from me: when testing the app, make sure to select your own country as well, not just the U.S. It should work properly then. If something doesn’t show up, it’s likely due to your IP address.
