I thought this app would help me add a processing fee for specific items going to specific countries. Apparently testing for specific countries is impossible. The app is not working like I need it to and support is very unhelpful.
The app loading takes a long time. sometimes 15-20 seconds. I would love to be able to charge different amounts per state. Doesn't work in the Shopify Shop. which is a big deal.

As a rule, the app loads quite fast, especially if you are using "fixed"-priced ones. Percent-based ones may take a bit longer to load as it's required to calculate the price in the background and cache the fee.
Also, the performance can be affected by other scripts loading in the cart.
You can create several separate fees and make them work for different states using the "Locations" setting.
As for the "Shop" app by Shopify, it doesn't allow integrations. We would be happy to make our app work there, but we cannot do that.

The app works great and the customer services is fantastic. We reached out to them regarding an issue we were having and not only did they solve it promplty but they also went above and beyond to configure the settings to make the uncharge appear better on our website, it was greatly appreciated!
This app is amazing! BUT we cant use it as it is not set up for Australian States! PLEASE can you do a upgrade on it!

This app is great. We provide a somewhat niche service to our customers which requires us to have a little flexibility with how we charge our customers. This app provides just that. Customer service is friendly, quick, and extremely helpful. They were also very patient with us since we have very little understanding of coding and the technical side of Shopify in general. We would definitely recommend this app to any shop owners needing extra flexibility and freedom with charging their customers.
I use this product to add steel surcharge fees to products. This application doesn't work well at all. As you need to update fees to the new rates the new fees do not show up. The application even started pulling multiple fees to a single product. The support team is horrible. After multiple emails I never received help or solved the multiple problems. This application should not even be available to purchase in Shopify.

We reviewed all your tickets. All of them were processed in a timely manner and the app itself is configured properly.
You've got multiple fees applied to a single product because you have several active fees that meet the condition for that product. You need to review your fees and remove/deactivate the extra ones if needed.
We weren't able to reproduce the issue with outdated rates and asked you to send us additional details (Ticket #99568) this week.

Be careful, this app could stop your add to cart button from working. Support cannot even figure out why, so I'm literally sitting here losing sales.
I have had this APP for over a year, and it works wonderfully! The customer service is Awesome!!! Whenever I had a question or needed something, they always get back very fast, and go above and beyond!! Great Job!! Thank you!!
