Our experience so far with this app has been amazing!! It works as intended, is extremely easy to install and customize and when we ran into a couple features/styles we wanted updated, the developers were extremely responsive, fast and accurate in making the updates. We have a very large catalog and the search works quickly. It's a must have for our site!

I absolutely love this app and totally recommend it! Smart Product Filter is a dream to work with, the filter works really well as does the search function. The customer support is the best I ever experienced on Shopify they work quickly to solve issues and even customize it to make sure the app works as we wanted to be displayed. They are the kindest, most responsive, and completely effective. 10/10 would totally recommend! I am not only using the search and filter app but other apps from Globo and all work excellent. I was curious about the app and whether I needed the service. I signed up for a trial and gave it a go. Unfortunately there was some issues with my theme (Konversion) and the features not actually showing up on the site. I got in touch with support and they resolved this perfectly, asked some questions and they gave me tips to improve my product search. I am absolutely stoked. I will definitely keep this going as it is a great feature and works great. And if anything is not quite right, or I don't know how to do something I trust that support is there to help out.
