They promisse features within a deadline of week and they never endup on delivering it. This is a terrible bundle plugin and the customer support is by far the worst we've encoutered so far.

GREAT experience and absolutely amazing response to help requests. We use this app on two Shopify stores and it really is a great too to increase AOV. While I do wish there wasn't pricing based on generated revenue, I understand. The automation and AI value that the app brings to my website, without me having to spend time or bandwidth to create these experiences on my own is worth it. If you are looking to save LOTS of time and get a LOT of value for the app-spend, PickyStory is the way to go!

I really like the Bundle function. I used with another app that removed my add to cart button on certain products, and allowed me to replace with this instead.
I can now add/link products together on a page to offer accessories instead of using variants. This allows me to manage inventory levels more accurately across my range.

This app is everything I need to make my shop as attractive as possible for my customers. You can do almost anything with it and that on almost all pages. Customer service goes beyond normal services. On a Saturday I had a two-hour conversation with Alex to find out if we could solve my "problem". I've been looking for a solution to this problem for two years and only a high-priced developer could have solved it. Alex listened to me and understood what it was about. This team is extremely solution-oriented and open to new approaches. I am sure that with this commitment, solutions will soon be found for problems that were never solvable. If you don't need this app yet, keep an eye on it anyway - you will need it in the future. I rate ****************** stars *thank you alex for your time. I enjoyed talking about different approaches and working out solutions. I am sure you will be the universal solution on shopify for the perfect customer journey.

Wow! What can I say? Thank you Mary Bernadeth for helping me so much today. She sat with me for a very long time and worked with me to achieve what I wanted and sent me screenshots showing me exactly what she did so I could achieve it next time by myself. Much more helpful then just sending a link when you have no idea what you are doing. Excellent customer service and a credit to the company....and the app is also great and now my website looks more professional and makes the shopping experience easier for the customer. Great!

PickyStory is a great App to efficiently manage all our bundles and inventory. We specifically decided to stay with PickyStory as it seems to be one of the only Apps which allows adding duplicate products to a bundle. The UI is very pleasing to the eye, fast to navigate, and offers some nice customization capabilities. Leizel and Paulo offered great support during our initial setup and quickly responded to all our questions, we can highly recommend using PickyStory!

The customer service of this app is outstanding. I'm still trying out the features, but Alex was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in answering my questions.
